Stroudsburg: a Channel 5 application from Fox Gap
On October 8, 2026, Gravel Hill Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Stroud Broadcasting) filed a new application with the FCC for a construction permit for a low power television station on RF channel 5, with Stroudsburg as its community of license, transmitting from our Fox Gap site.

The application is pending. It has not yet been accepted for filing, and the station is not authorized or on the air. A callsign has not been assigned. When the FCC accepts the application, we will post the required local public notice on our FCC Applications page.
Our earlier Channel 16 application for Stroudsburg (File No. 0000293831) also remains on file, as does our Mount Pocono application on RF 29 (File No. 0000303243).
