A second application: Channel 29 at Mount Pocono
Stroud Broadcasting has filed a second application with the FCC. On September 8, 2026, Gravel Hill Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Stroud Broadcasting) applied for a construction permit for a new low power television station on RF channel 29, with Mount Pocono as its community of license, transmitting from the Camelback site on the Pocono plateau.
Both of our applications have now been accepted for filing by the Commission and are pending Commission action:
- Stroudsburg — Channel 18 (RF 16), Fox Gap site. FCC File No. 0000293831, Facility ID 795621.
- Mount Pocono — RF 29, Camelback site. FCC File No. 0000303243, Facility ID 797468.
Neither station is authorized or on the air. Callsigns have not been assigned.
The second facility is aimed northwest, up the plateau toward the Wyoming Valley, and reaches communities the Fox Gap signal does not — while the Fox Gap facility stays focused on Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg. Predicted service contours for both are now published on our coverage page, computed with TVStudy over terrain along 360 radials.
The local public notices required for both applications are posted on our FCC Applications page.
